I am planning to build the Global model in the Owen Sound area within the next few yrs. Right now I am looking for like minded people in my area. I need to sell the house I'm in now, so the build will begin as soon after I sell this place, as possible.

did you check with the municipality too see if they would consider an earthship? Which municipality. I would think Chatsworth might. If they do, that'll be where I'll be building.
