Amado's Earthship from 1999
Thought I would post a picture of my first earthship I built in 1999 for those of you that haven't seen it yet.
It has really performed GREAT and far exceeded all my expectations. I pick tomatoes, bananas, and many other fruits and veggies year round from it with no source of heating, or cooling other than the sun, thermal mass, and earthship design principles from Michael Reynolds books.

It was an experimental ship, enclosed, but never finished for living inside, used as greenhouse space, and other uses inside. Sloped glass, but no kickup, using 6' glass. Truss roof.
Now time to work on Earthship #2, in the mountains, not as deep U's, no berm, kickup, vigas, and much more "tricked out" with more curves, finishing, all systems, and other details!
