Earthship Biotecture Fundamentals
Saturday, September 1, 2012
9am - 4pm
101 Calf Farm Road, Mount Hunter, NSW
Following our Earthships presentation in June, The Garden North Gong has teamed with the friendly folks of Murrindindi (permaculture and social outreach community) to help create space for an Earthships workshop.
For the first cab off the rank Murrindindi are delighted to host Rachel Goldlust, founding member of Earthship Australia, and a recent graduate of Michael Reynolds’ Earthship Biotecture Academy.
Rachel will be delivering a conceptual and practical introduction to Earthship Biotecture building methods which ‘use today’s rubbish in the building of tomorrow’ – converting waste materials into beautiful, functional structures.
This overview will be fleshed out by a hands-on full-day workshop. Participants will build a rammed tyre semi-circle seating area, fully rendered and incorporating design features such as cans and bottles.
Places are strictly limited, so book now at:
