Care taker on site part time.
Daily services (room cleaning etc.) not part of contract.
Small children not advisable.
Liability release required.
This will be an adventure in a beautiful Earthship absolutely off of all grids with all facilities... TV and high speed internet. 20 minutes from Taos Ski Valley.
