Earthship Biotecture is looking for apprentices to join the Earthship Crew to build a Global Model Earthship in Germany this September.

Learn how to layout an Earthship, pound tires, install the solar glazing, pack out interior walls, build interior can walls, solar power and off-grid water systems and much more…

This Earthship is going to be build in Tempelhof, Kressberg Germany.  It is located in a sustainable living community of about 150 residents. This Earthship was designed as a communal space where 10 families will share kitchen, living space and bathrooms.
During the four week build we will complete the structural shell and independent power and water systems.

Apprentices work on a voluntary basis and are responsible for their own transportation and lodging. Upon registration, you will receive an email with all of the information related to the location, what you will need to bring, suggestions for lodging, transportation and other necessities.

We will accept 40 apprentices on a first come, first served basis.

Those current Earthship Academy students who participate in all four weeks will receive credit for their Field Studies requirement which they may apply towards graduation from the Earthship Biotecture Academy.  (Graduation also requires a one-month session at the Academy in Taos and and Independent Study.)

There is a $150 scheduling fee for apprentices who have not yet attended the Earthship Academy.

REGISTRATION - CLOSED: the first 40 people who have filled out the form will receive a detailed email from us by August 28, 2015
